Problem Solving Days events

The Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) conducts Problem Solving Day events in communities throughout the country. During these events TAS employees from a local office are available to assist taxpayers in person.

TAS continues to look at ways to serve taxpayers who need help with IRS tax matters. Offering face to face services through Problem Solving Day events within communities, especially in areas where there’s not an IRS presence, helps serve taxpayers and protect their taxpayer rights.
