On Sunday, August 20, Rebecca Lammers, the International Member of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP), organized an outreach event in Edinburgh, Scotland, during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The event was primarily attended by U.S. citizens living in Scotland. Attendees received information about TAP, the Taxpayer Advocate Service, and were informed of their rights by receiving a copy of the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. The event was also a time to get feedback from the group about how to improve IRS customer service and provided those in attendance the chance to ask questions.
