The Committee was
asked to score the readability and usability of
IRS notice CP 504, Urgent Notice - Balance Due,
used for both individuals and businesses, using
the IRS Document Assessment Tool.
Proposal:
The Notices Committee
submitted their scoring of the CP 504.
