Content of the EITC Web Page(s)

Statement of Issue:

The Committee was asked to comment on the content of the EITC website, which may be redundant and/or be missing information.

Proposal:

The Committee observed that redundancy is almost required in the site since so many items are intertwined and provide reference to definitions and statements contained in other locations. The Committee provided specific comments focused on several suggested additions to given areas: Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Can Lower Federal Tax Liabilities - Ask How!; 2005 Earned income Tax Credit Certification Test; Frequently Asked Questions and Answers.
